- Licence-free up to 15 hp: on the Trave and Baltic, motorboats up to 15 hp (11.03 kW) may be operated without a boating licence. Bootsvermietung Travemünde on the Travepromenade specialises in this; larger boats (Hurricane) require a licence.
- Party boat: for celebrations the MS Hanse can be chartered exclusively – up to 300 guests, salon plus deck. In Travemünde this is the classic “party boat” for weddings, birthdays and company parties.
